Saturday 20th November was the day of the Beacons Ultra organised by Likeys www.likeys.com
the race is two loops of 23 miles with a mix of fell and canal tow path was a great day I think over 150 starters went with two good friends and we won the team prize and Jess finished first lady I finished twelfth with a time of 8.10 bit of a painful run as ankle very sore from the off but hey that's ultra running .www.beaconsultra.com
