Its not fully over

Tomorrow Alberto and I will take on the final stage along the ice rd to run the last fifty miles to Tuk from swimming point , he in the same position as me in good physical shape just cold and stress causing his withdrawal really looking forward to getting out there again............... having walked on the Ice Rd this morning it is stunning you can actually see right through the ice . The race is on with Chris ( Walking machine ) making great progress and Sean who is suffering from twisted ankle and damaged his knee both scarcely swollen and PJ who has massive damage to his feet is still to make the checkpoint at 230 miles all three are supreme athletes who are extremely brave .

  1. Rich u are just an inspiration to all. Really well done on your great achievement. Now put your feet up and chill, obviously after your last bit of the race.

  2. Richie, you just won't be beaten will you??? Awesome mate. Take care and I'll see you when you get back. Enjoy this last part, no pressure. Nick and Maisie send their good wishes.
    See you soon.

  3. Well done Richard, we were all tracking your progress, no doubt you are now at the final destination.
    Safe journey home.
