Short and fast (races not me )

A few weeks now working on competitive speed with promising results done two multi terrain races with good results a local 10k time of 37 mins and 7th out of 500 , Garstang half marathon today pity it was shortened to 11.8 miles still pleased with 1.13 that doing the maths would have been 1.21 finish would have been happy with that Anglesey marathon next week .
