The frost bite 50 Mile race started from Whitby Abbey taking the coast path to Robin Hoods Bay then on to the Yorkshire Mores for a long Soggy section of the race the weather was cold and clear but despite good visibility I managed to get get lost and had to cover an extra 5 miles so finishing 5th was not to much of a disappointment in finishing joint 5th http://www.adventurehub.com/adventurehub/Yorkshire_Ultra.html
