A few weeks of good solid build ready for grand union canal race 145 miles Birmingham to London started with a solid race at Highland Fling 53 miles along West Highland Way in 9 hours 40 then the Anglesey coastal Marathon a good win in 4 hours a testing coastal run over rough terrain . more news to follow
