Hardmoors 55

Hardmoors 55

Second time I have done this race that follows the Cleveland Way from Helsley to Guisbuorough a fairly tough route over 55 miles ( the clue is in the name )of the North Yorkshire moors with 3800 meters of climbing ,

Captain Cooks monument

These limestone flags there were lots of them
and in the drizzle they were slippy

Finishing 9th overall with a time of 9 hours 32 only a couple of minuets different from last year on tiered legs .The magic hands of Dave from massage for life http://temp.massageforlifenet.officelive.com/default.aspx keeping the legs in good shape

Roseberry topping
Tough after 50 miles
and out and back
