Tonight's run a difficult 13 miler with Rich B dragging me around the most difficult cross country terrain we could find on the Wirral in 1 Hour 50 , after last nights one and a half hours on the stair tread machine in the gym the legs felt the pace , all is good and looking forward to JRs eighth birthday tomorrow Scalectrix cool !!
