After London recovery been good all round with Jimmy looking as fit as fiddle he all entered for tunnel 10k , I had weekend run of 26 + with crazy Rich just like old times , really looking forward to fells man this weekend 60 miles around Yorkshire I think we going to give it a good go this weekend cant wait excepting the fact that Rich has booked our accommodation in the wrong place cant believe the Joggle race http://www.9barjogleultra.blogspot.com/ Lands end John o groats at moment looks tough .
