A weekend involved withbputting a bit back into my sport I have been setting up and stripping the fantastic Chester triathlon a great success with 440 competitors !! All enjoying it in perfect conditions with the sun being out just at the finish it was lovely to see so many families enjoying supporting their chosen competitors and every body sitting down in the park after the race . Next Saturday the big one the Verdon canyon challenge in France next Saturday hoping for 20 hour finish ! .
