A couple of weeks ago was my first realy long race the Grand Union Canal Run this is a run along the entire lenth of the Grand Union Canal from Birmingham to London a distance of 145 miles non stop . The race started at 6am from the Gas St Basin in Birmingham on a pleasent morning it went with 100 miles completed in 20 hours then the last 45 took 14 tough hours a big thanks to my helpers Ed , Phil & Clair who gave up a whole weekend to support me
