No posts recently something to do with lots of races , but thoose races have gone well a good top ten finish at Osmorthly Phoenix helped to keep in second place in the uk ultra running championships then it was of to spain for the fantastic Al Andalus Trail a 5 day stage race in the south of spain http://www.alandalus-ut.com/ a race that went well with a second place finish
Next weekend is Ultra Tour of Mont Blanc
